YIN YOGA

Let go of the ‘doing’ and come into a place of complete surrender and deep rest.

 

With Taoist roots, the specifically placed poses work at a very deep level in opening and expanding our bodies, releasing aches and stresses that have been long trapped in our bodies.

 

Working at depth in a safe way and supported by bolsters and blocks, slowly the ligaments, tendons, fascia and joints can expand and relax to allow us far greater ranges of movement.  

 

Yin gives us a more supple body, better circulation, ease of movement, balanced emotions and deeper states of sleep.

 

Make it extra cosy and bring a blanket, socks and an eye pillow, if you would like to.
